Welcome

Over twenty years ago my wonderful mum showed me how to make a sugar rose. Over the years I continued a self taught journey  learning to make more and more sugar  flowers and  wedding cakes. I  then discovered the joy of working with cold porcelain,  a type of air dry polymer clay. It had so many advantages over sugar, mainly in that it doesn’t break! It can be rolled incredibly thin and the petals and leaves look very realistic. Although I no longer make wedding cakes, I make the sprays for home bakers and busy cake businesses.

Alongside the cold porcelain flowers I also create paper flowers,  handcrafted cards and clay ornaments. At present I sell my work through craft outlets  but please do get in touch if there is anything I can help you with.
